Spring Equinox Weekend Retreat

Spring is a time of renewal...come celebrate the turn of the season with a nourishing weekend.

March 22-24th join Rose; counsellor, yoga instructor and nature enthusiast, for a refreshing weekend of yogic practices, meditation and more.


This retreat is suitable for those who have some experience of yoga and are keen to learn more. We explore the roots of yoga, with traditional practices and philosophy woven into our yoga sessions. There is space to reconnect to nature, be with yourself and to create rich friendships during our time together. The whole experience is carefully curated to nurture you from the inside out, to leave you feeling lighter, brighter and ready to blossom into the next season.


The space is an eco friendly venue, Little Bryn Gwyn, based in the heart of Gower - tucked away in a safe haven of nature. We have room options to suit your needs - choose from a shared (3 persons max) or private en suite room, or there's the option to head home to the comfort of your own bed for those who are local.


A guide of what to expect...



You are welcome to enjoy the space from 5pm, with our welcome circle beginning our time together at 6pm. We will practice yoga together before sharing dinner and there will be kirtan around a fire, before we retreat to our rooms for a good night's rest.



For those who want to, we head to the beach for a sunrise dip and meditation. On returning, we dive into cleansing practices and an awakening yoga session. A delicious, healthy and abundant breakfast is served, followed by some free time; join Rose on a foraging walk, or take some time to yourself. We enjoy lunch together, followed by a restful heart-healing workshop that includes sound, journaling and connecting to others. There is time in the afternoon to relax, before we explore a joyful, movement based yoga class. The evening will close with more kirtan for those who'd like to sing some more.



Another optional sunrise dip starts our day, with yoga on the beach if the weather allows. We'll move through cleansing practices again before breakfast. There is space to explore some more, read, or join Rose for a therapeutic activity before our closing circle, followed by lunch. Our time together ends at 1pm on Sunday.


This retreat will be the perfect respite for those who want to step into spring with a renewed sense of self, access to joy, and new practices to take through the season.

Early bird ends November 30th, and prices are per person. £100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place, and you can choose to pay the rest in installments, or one amount. You can select your room option & payment choice on booking form. Shared rooms are 3 persons max (same sex), please note if you'd like to share with a friend.

Rose is a beautiful soul who created a retreat that was nourishing to the heart, mind, body and spirit. Every detail was considered. Delicious meals and snacks in generous quantities. Playful yoga sequences that prioritized functional movement over chasing shapes. Plenty of opportunities to explore nature through sea dips, gentle walks and foraging. Guided journaling, crafting and singing (for those who were keen). It's hard to believe we did so much yet never felt rushed or pressured. And all situated in a beautiful peaceful eco lodge, with a group of gentle openhearted humans. Thank you, Rose. I look forward to returning in March <3
