We all reach overwhelm at times.
Nourish is the antidote to stress. A chance to recover, and return to rest. Ideal for reducing workplace stress and improving overall productivity.
These sessions focus on nurturing practices that are simple and effective. Connecting to nature mindfully, re-gaining the ability to relax, regulate the nervous system, and take steps forward from a calmer state. Ideal for those experiencing high demands or pressure in their roles, and looking to cope better.
Nourish provides a soothing approach to recover and heal, alongside insight and experience with tools to take away for longer term recovery. Each session is designed to meet the needs of the team, but may include:

Through a collaborative design call, together we can create the right intervention for your team.
Options include:
Workshops: a shorter hit in the workplace or online, focused on learning. 1 hr - 1 day. From £250
Retreats: out of the workplace environment, focused on experiencing as much as learning, and creating shared experiences with nutritious meals & snacks. 1/2 day - 3 days. From £600
Individual Support: 1-1 counselling and wellbeing coaching to help people get past blockages and integrate lessons learned. From £500 for 5 people
Programme: create a programme for ongoing wellbeing support, combining workshops, retreats and 1-1s, to land wellbeing practices into the behaviours and wellbeing into the cultural DNA of the organisation.
