Service Description
This package includes five 1-1 therapeutic sessions focused on nervous system support and yoga therapy. In our first session, we’ll discuss your goals for our work together and begin introducing practices that may support you. Each session will have a different focus, tailored to your needs and what you’re working towards. There will be some discussion and reflection - including checking in on your experience of the practices from the previous session - but the majority of each session will be experiential, with me guiding you through specific practices to support your wellbeing and goals. You can expect a highly professional, person-centred experience, where we work collaboratively and at a pace that feels appropriate for you. Practices may include yoga therapy, movement, breathwork, mindfulness and other nervous-system-informed approaches. This package offers a reduced rate compared with booking five individual sessions separately (usual price £70), and the 5 sessions must be used within six months of purchase. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy - please get in touch prior to this in order to reschedule a session. The five block is non-refundable unless, for any unforeseeable reason, I'm unable to complete the sessions.
Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
