Service Description
Join Rose for an afternoon of renewal - using plenty of nervous system regulation exercises, mindful movement practices, breath work and meditation to start the new year as you mean to go on. In Oxwich Community Hall, we begin our time together at 12pm on Saturday 3rd January with a welcome tea. The afternoon moves through a number of practices designed to reset your inner systems - to help you set the tone of the year ahead. Expect both activating and soothing practices, as well as juice and a vegan treat. The mini retreat ends at 3pm and there is an optional sauna at 3.30pm. If you'd like to join the sauna please add this onto your booking. Please note that this is a private 55 minute sauna session, which takes place at Ty Sawna in Oxwich (about 12 minutes walk from the village hall). Two gifted spaces available for the mini-retreat, for anyone who is facing financial challenges and would otherwise struggle to attend. Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
