Online Yoga 6.30am Tuesdays

Service Description

Wherever you are in the world, join Rose at 6.30am GMT on Zoom for a strong, movement based practice. This 45 minute session will have you breathing, moving and reconnecting to yourself, and awaken your spirit within. The intention of this practice is to make you feel ALIVE. Let's MOVE, BREATHE and BE together. These sessions are more suitable for those with at least some experience of yoga; beginners are welcome to attend - though it is recommended that you have one or two 1-1's with Rose first if you haven't been practicing for very long (<6 months). Unlike Rose's regular teaching style, in this class there will be minimal cues on alignment and breath, with much more space for each practitioner to be fully responsible for the intricacies of their asana (postures) and pranayama (breath control). Cancellation Policy

Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
