Service Description

As a qualified counsellor, yoga teacher and yoga therapist, Rose loves to approach working with others in a truly holistic way. She leans on the integrative style of counselling that she was trained in, to work with each person on an individual way. Whether you're going through challenging life changes, or experiencing crisis and need a solid foundation of support, or looking to explore your true potential and thrive; Rose will meet you where you are, and journey onwards alongside you. In working together, you can expect a symphony of talking therapy, breath work, body work (this may be yoga postures, movements, self-massage etc. for online sessions) and nervous system regulation exercises and practices, all woven together to provide you with the tools, heartfelt experience and ability to help you to overcome, heal, and grow. With a relational, person centred style, Rose has the ability to hold space for you without judgement, through the lens of unconditional love, and support you in your journey. The work is client led, meaning that you are the driver of the car and have the autonomy to continuously make choices about how we work together.

Cancellation Policy

Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
