Nourish - a mini workshop 15/05

Service Description

Join Rose for a special evening of deep relaxation. Using specific techniques to regulate your nervous system, yoga movements that nourish your body and guided meditation to ease your mind, you'll be guided through a restful 1.5hr workshop to lead you closer to bliss. The session runs after Vinyasa Yoga on Wednesday 15th May, at Down to Earth in Cilibion, which you can also book onto at www.breathoflifeyoga.co.uk/book-online, or simply attend the Nourish workshop. We start at 7.15pm, and end at 8.45pm. Please bring any cushions or blankets that will help you to feel as comfortable as possible, as well as a yoga mat - or let Rose know if you'll need to borrrow one. The postcode for Down to Earth is SA3 1BG - directions will be sent to those booked on. You can also join the session from the comfort of your own home, as an online participant. Please note in your booking form if you are attending online. There are two gifted spaces available to anyone who would otherwise struggle to be there, please email Rose at info@saltandlightretreat.co.uk if you are facing financial barriers and would like to attend.

Cancellation Policy

Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
