Service Description
Join us for a magical start to the new year... On January 1st, we meet at 7.45am by Ty Sawna where we'll shed the year that's been and step fully into the here and now, and the brand new year ahead. You'll be guided through a sauna ceremony with a journey of scent, and traditional sauna whisking - to stimulate blood flow, and manipulate the heat and energy within the sauna. After the bliss alternating between the heating and cooling techniques, we'll get ourselves wrapped up and cosy, for a cup of tea and vegan snack. You'll leave with a nourished mind and body, set up to ease your way into the year ahead. Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
