Service Description
Join experienced retreat facilitator, Rose, for a beautiful weekend that celebrates the magic of midsummer. With daily yoga practices, long walks, sea dips and delicious food - you're promised a weekend of joy, uplift and nourishment. Based in a beautiful National Trust venue, we are set in Stackpole, Pembrokeshire. With stunning walks in all directions, you'll never need to go far to feel the abundance of nature surrounding us. Rose is a qualified counsellor, yoga therapist and experienced yoga teacher. Having run retreats for a decade, you can know that you're in safe hands and promised to make special memories over the weekend. Tea & snacks provided throughout. This weekend will be based around spending as much time in nature as the weather permits! With beautiful walks right from our venue, we should manage to leave our cars parked on site all weekend and take our journeys on foot. Some of the practices may be taken outdoors also. There's a beautiful courtyard on site for relaxing and eating al fresco, and plenty of outdoors spaces close by to enjoy. Schedule to be released soon - but you can expect joyful yoga, coastal & lily pond walks, sea dips, and a little crafting - with a lot of wholesome fun. Rooms are light with lovely, simple furnishings, with options as below (prices per person) Prices (per person): Early Bird (until August 31st)/Full Price Private En Suite £650/700 Shared Twin En Suite £500/550 Shared Double En Suite £475/525 (for friends/couples attending together) A non-refundable £75 deposit secures your spot, with a payment plan option (you'll note room choice & payment in your booking form). Please note - if paying in full, remaining payment must be sent within two weeks. Final amount must be made by May 24th if paying in instalments. All food is lovingly home made, organic and plastic free where possible, vegan and delicious. Please note any additional dietary requirements on your booking form. Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
