Let's come together to reset, and embed our intentions for the year ahead, with a relaxing evening.
Service Description
Sunday, 18th January, 3.30pm Join Rose for the Snow New Moon Gathering, where we will be in the beautiful setting of Caswell Bay for a wild gathering! However, we will have an indoor option nearby if the weather is too wild. We will ease into some breathwork, guided meditation and journaling. There will be space to connect, relax and BE. This session will focus on resetting our energy for the new lunar cycle through various meditation and relaxation techniques, and honing in on our intentions for the lunar year ahead. There will be an optional sea dip and we'll use oracle cards to help embed & support our intentions. Of course, we will have a vegan hot drink and treat too! Please bring along a journal and pen, lots of layers, and something to sit on like a picnic blanket or an old yoga mat. Our time together ends at 5pm. This event is free for Connect Members, which you can join as an annual member in January! Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
