Join Will for a workshop to explore the wonders of herbs
Service Description
Will, from Bramble & Nettle CIC, is guiding us through a meditative workshop to learn all about the supportive properties of various herbs grown organically on site. We'll be based in the tranquil field in Lunnon, where they've nurtured a beautiful site of herbs. Will is a fountain of knowledge when it comes to plants - and this workshop is an opportunity to soak some of that up! We meet at 10am, and start the workshop with a grounding meditation with Will, to help us arrive into the space fully, and settle into a calm state for our time together. After being led through the healing qualities several different herbs & tasting their teas mindfully, we will have a chance to explore the grounds to get familiar with the different herbs, and close by making our own herbal tea blend to take home! If you've been curious about herbalism or naturopathy, then this will be a beautiful introduction to getting to know plants better, whilst in safe hands. Parking is limited at Bramble & Nettle, so please car share where possible - get in touch if you'd like to be connected with other attendees. Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
