A nourishing two hours of soothing practices, self-inquiry and sharing food.
Service Description
Enjoy a special evening of bliss in honour of the Harvest Full Moon, on beautiful Oxwich Bay surrounded by a gorgeous, welcoming community. We will begin our time together with some soothing, meditative practices followed by some reflective journal prompts, and use oracle cards to inspire further contemplation. We will burn away anything that no longer serves us, and recognise what we need to hold on to - the people, practices or places that are lifting us up, and filling up our wellbeing cup. There will be the opportunity to dip in the sea, and we will share some delicious soup & cake as the moon rises and sun sets. There will be space to share and connect for those who'd like to. Meet at the boat slip on Oxwich Bay (what.3.words ///optimists.gasp.warm) at 6pm, where we'll find a quiet spot on the bay or in the dunes. Please bring something to sit/lie on like a yoga mat or blanket, as well as swimwear if you might like to dip, and your pen and journal. Our time together ends at 8pm. If the weather is awful we will move to an indoors space nearby. As always, two gifted spaces are available to anyone who would otherwise struggle to be there.
Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
