Service Description

Let's come together on a pilgrimage to Three Cliffs Bay to dip, breathe and BE together. We walk along the river and forage for a nature mandala along the way. Once settled, we'll explore some breath work and setting personal intentions for the lunar cycle ahead. There will be journaling, so bring a pen and notebook, an optional dip in the river, and a hot drink with a vegan treat. We meet at 7.30pm and will be finished by about 9pm, just after the sunset. We will be meeting in Parkmill, by Shepherd's shop & cafe. Please bring something to sit on (a blanket or chair), plenty of warm layers and anything else you'll need to be comfortable. If you're choosing to dip remember to bring swimwear and a towel, and keep in mind that you enter the water at your own risk. As always, there are two gifted spaces available for anyone who would otherwise struggle to be there. Cancellation Policy

Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
