Service Description

Let's come together the reconnect to ourselves, to nature and to one another. Thursday, 23rd May we will spend the evening immersed in the wild - beginning with a walk down to the beach, a dip in the sea (optional of course!), followed by breath work, journal prompts and the space to connect to one another. This session is focused on working with the change that is happening, rather than resisting it. A delicious vegan treat and a hot drink will be served. Just as the full moon beams a light in the shadows, we will shine that light to look within, reflect and renew ourselves in the moonlight. We will be meeting at The National Trust carpark entrance in Rhossili at 7pm and walk to the beach from there. Bring things you need for dipping, warm clothes and something to sit on (a blanket or easy to carry seat). We will walk for about 10-15 minutes to the spot where we'll enjoy our session. Cancellation Policy

Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
