Service Description
Join Rose for a restorative afternoon 1.30-4pm on Sunday 7th December in The Swansea Wellbeing Centre. Enjoy heartwarming practices of yoga, journaling, meditation - and of course, tea and cake. Explore chanting of mantras, mudras and movement through this winter retreat, all purposefully combined to help you to come back to yourself, and find celebration in what can be a tough season. There will be space to connect, relax and enjoy yourself to restore your energy as we approach the darkest days of the year, and enable you to stay centred within yourself through the Christmas chaos. Of course, there will be tea & cake to nourish us too! This afternoon retreat hopes to leave you feeling renewed, grounded and whole. Everybody is welcome, and there are two gifted spaces available to anyone who would otherwise struggle to be there. We also have two half price spaces available thanks to an attendee who generously wanted to "pay it forward" to support others in coming to this event. Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
