A deliciously nurturing session to nourish your body, and calm your mind.
Service Description
Bring yourself out of the chaos of this month, and flow through it with a grounded foundation - starting with deep relaxation. You'll warm your body with gentle, nourishing movement and calm your mind whilst being held in a safe space for a restorative guided meditation. There will be practices to take home, and you might like to bring a journal and pen for any notes/thoughts/contemplations. Please bring a blanket (we have plenty available to borrow at the centre too), wear comfortable, cosy clothes, and bring anything else you might need to be comfy. Fill up your cup this month, so that you have plenty to pour out for others. Saturday, 5th December 7-8.30pm, Swansea Wellbeing Centre Everybody is welcome, and there are two gifted spaces for those who might otherwise struggle to be there.
Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
