A Secret Wild Retreat Day

Service Description

Would you brave a retreat day with a special, secret location that is only provided to those booked on? This event was so well received last year that I couldn't go without sharing it again this summer! If you love to be completely immersed in nature, exploring, wandering and truly breathing it all in - this is the experience for you. We'll be meeting at a designated space (where there is ample parking) at 10am on , where everyone will receive their packed lunches to take, and we'll head off on our adventure. The experience will include walking and foraging along the route, around a 5 mile loop, with stops along the way for yoga, breath work, lunch and dipping in the sea for those who'd like to. This is my favourite place in Gower - which is why we're keeping it a secret; it is too special to let everybody know about! This offering is an adventure day, and will include walking a route that covers uneven ground, uphill and downhill, whilst carrying your yoga mat, a packed lunch (provided by Salt & Light Retreat), a raincoat and something to sit on such as a blanket. There are no public facilities available along this route (but plenty of bushes to hide behind!), so please bear all of this information in mind when booking. Lunch, snacks and a hot drink is provided for by Salt & Light Retreat; everything is vegan - please get in touch if you have additional dietary requirements. Our time together ends at 4pm. The experience will go ahead in good and moderate weather conditions, and if the event does have to be cancelled due to poor weather, everybody will have the option receive a refund minus Stripe booking fee and there may be a chance to reschedule. Cancellation Policy

Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
