Service Description
Join Rose for the healing practice of Yoga Nidra; yogic, conscious sleep. A guided meditation in the beautiful setting of Down to Earth Project's Little Bryn Gwyn - you'll leave feeling nourished, nurtured and totally blissed out. The fire will be burning, keeping us cosy and warm within the cocoon of the beautiful round room. The practice will be an hour long delicious meditation, where you'll be guided through various meditations to lead you to a deeper state of relaxation. An opportunity for your mind, and body, to truly rest and recover. This practice is taken lying down, so bring anything you need to be as comfortable as possible - a blanket, a yoga mat and cushion may be helpful. No previous experience is necessary. Our time of bliss begins at 7.15pm (after Vinyasa Yoga in the same space - book onto that at www.breathoflifeyoga.co.uk/book-online) and ends at 8.15pm. Directions to the venue will be sent to those booked onto the event; please note that this is the Little Bryn Gwyn venue, in Cilibion. There are two gifted spaces available for anyone who would otherwise be unable to make it. Email info@saltandlightretreat.co.uk if this speaks to you.
Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
