Service Description
Tuesday, March 3rd, we'll wash anything that is getting in our way of growth with a wild dip, honour the Worm Moon with breath work, guided visualisation and journal prompts, and be nourished by the company of one another. There will be a hot drink and snack to enjoy as well. You might like to bring something comfy to sit on like a picnic blanket or camping chair, as we will be seated on the ground. Remember to bring a pen and journal, and dipping gear if you plan on getting in, as well as plenty of warm layers. The gathering takes place at Oxwich Bay - meeting by the boat ramp (what.3.words ///optimists.gasp.warm) near the hotel end of the beach. We begin at 6pm, just as the sun sets - and our time together closes at 7.30pm. As always, there are two gifted spaces available to anybody who would otherwise struggle to be there. Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
