Service Description
Join Rose for a magical morning of yoga, meditation and an optional sea dip followed by some breakfast treats and chai. Let's be honest, in summer you have to beat the crowds in order to enjoy some peace and quiet in Gower. Which is why we are choosing to make the most of the first day of August (known as Lammas - the day we begin to turn towards autumn) with an early start. Let's squeeze the most out of this last chapter of summer with community, mindfulness, and some nourishment. We meet at 6.30am at Port Eynon beachfront for yoga overlooking the bay - this is suitable for all abilities (you'll need to be able to get up and down from the floor). Please bring your own yoga mat, or pop a message in your booking form to borrow one. Also bring a spare towel/mat to place under your yoga mat to provide extra cushioning, as we use a paved area for our practice. For those who are choosing to dip, bring swimwear and a towel. Please also share any dietary requirements in your booking form. Our time together ends at 8.30am. If the weather is not on our side, we will move the experience to indoors nearby - and hopefully still enjoy a wild dip at the end!
Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
