Service Description
This new moon invites us to sink into our own spirituality - whatever this means for us individually; we will explore together. We meet at 7pm in Horton car park (SA3 1LB). There will be the option to dip in the sea, we'll practice breath work, move through a guided visualisation, and find clarity through journaling. There will be the space to share & connect for those who would like to, and the time to be still. As always, a delicious vegan snack and hot drink will be offered. If you've been feeling at all overwhelmed, depleted or disconnected, then this is a beautiful opportunity to realise the abundant capacity within yourself and stay on track with your wellbeing journey. Bring your swimwear if you plan to dip, layers, a blanket or something to sit on, your journal and pen. Our time together ends at 8.30pm. As always, there are two gifted spaces for those who would otherwise struggle to be there, and this event is free for Connect Members. We will be indoors nearby if the weather is too poor, any changes will be sent to those booked on.
Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
