Movement, Breath Work and More to Shift into Spring
Service Description
Join Rose for a practice of unravelling as we align ourselves with spring’s fresh energy. Through mindful movement, breathwork, guided meditation, song and more, we’ll gently shift the stagnant debris of winter and rediscover the lightness within. The yoga practice is designed to be appropriately challenging for both beginners and more experienced practitioners, building the tapas (inner heat/fire) needed to burn away winter’s heaviness. There are options and variations offered throughout, so please don’t be put off if you’re working with any physical limitations - simply note anything relevant on your booking form. We begin at 9.30am, with an optional sea dip at 8.45am (meeting at the boat slip on Oxwich Bay) for those who’d like to start the morning immersed in nature. The workshop lasts two hours and is followed by tea and biscuits, finishing around 12pm. We are based in Oxwich Community Hall, where there is ample parking. Two gifted spaces are available for anyone who would love to attend but is currently experiencing financial hardship. Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
