Service Description
A secret sauna session by invite only for the wild women who want to step into the cocoon of the sauna as their natural selves. This is an opportunity to practice sauna as many other cultures do, unclothed, and with songs. We will arrive at 8.15pm for a cup of tea before an optional sea dip and entering the sauna just after sunset, at 8.30pm. We'll enjoy an hour of alternating between hot and cold, wrapping up at 9.30pm. Within the sauna, we can let our truest forms of ourselves soak in the heat, outside of the sauna we can wear our towels down to the sea. Your sauna guide, Rose will also share some special sauna scents as well as lead the songs. Please note that due to the sensitive nature of this experience, it is a women's only event, however we do have many more inclusive offerings available for all folk to join. Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
