Service Description
Let's come together the reconnect to ourselves, the flow of nature, and to one another. We meet at Little Bryn Gwyn for meditation, breath work, journal prompts, recharging practices, and the space to connect to one another. This session is focused on working with the change that is happening, rather than resisting it. A delicious vegan snack and a hot drink will be served. The new moon reminds us that we too can continuously hit reset and begin again. We use this point in the cycle to think and plan ahead, setting intentions for the upcoming lunar month. Our time together begins at 7.15pm and ends at 8.45pm. There is a vinyasa yoga class before our gathering, so please don't enter the building before 7.10pm to allow space for everybody to leave peacefully. Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
