Service Description
Steal some time for yourself during the festive period, and join Rose for a reflective, soothing, nurturing online workshop that helps you to move smoothly through the final slither of the year, and welcome the new year with a sense of closure. We're taking our workshop the evening before winter solstice this year, on Friday 20th December, so you can continue with the practices that work for you through solstice itself. Friday December 20th 7-8.30pm Winter Solstice - the shortest day of the year, and the turning of the season, is the perfect time for reflection, introspection and self care. It is only natural, with plenty of time to spend indoors and with ourselves in these dark days of winter. In this workshop, we can begin to close this chapter together, and prepare ourselves to welcome spring again. This 90 minute workshop will include restorative movement, lots of calming breath work and reflective practices through meditation and journaling. There will be space to share & connect for those who'd like to. Everybody is welcome, and this is free for Connect Members as part of their membership. Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
