November New Moon Gathering & Sauna

Service Description

Join Rose on Friday 1st November for a special New Moon Gathering. As we enter the beginning of winter, we brave the dark of night together. Meeting at Oxwich Bay (by Ty Sawna) at 6.30pm for a beach fire and optional sea dip, before retreating to the cosy space of the sauna for guided meditation and singing. After alternating between the fire of the sauna and the cold of the sea, we enjoy tea and cake around a fire. This is an opportunity to embrace the darkness that is coming this winter - finding the joy, silliness and connection still available in what can be a more sombre time of year. Please bring lots of warm layers, a blanket to sit on, swim gear, two towels for the sauna, and you might like to have a torch to find your way to/from your car. Please let me know of any dietary requierments. Our time together ends about 8.15pm.

Cancellation Policy

Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
