Service Description
Join us for a magical start to the new year... On January 1st, we meet at 8am by Ty Sawna where we'll shed the year that's been and step fully into the here and now, and the brand new year ahead. There will be a little guided movement to reset our energy, before we begin our hot/cold contrast therapy of sea & sauna. After 55 minutes of bliss alternating between the heat of the sauna and the cool of the sea (or fresh air if you prefer!), we'll get ourselves wrapped up and cosy, ready for some time around a fire (or in our bell tent if conditions are poor) enjoying an abundant brunch, with plenty of tea! After filling our bellies with nourishing foods, we'll contemplate/journal on our intentions for the year ahead, and create some tools to get the ball rolling on those plans. Our time together ends at about 10.30am. You'll leave with a nourished mind and body, set up to chase your dreams in the year ahead. Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
