Service Description
Set off 2024 to a beautiful start with a yoga, sea swim and sauna session followed by a hot drink and cake! Join Rose at 8.30am for a revitalising yoga session in the lovely space of Oxwich Community Hall, we then set off to the beach (walk just several minutes, or drive over), for a refreshing dip in the sea. Sea dipping is completely optional - only enter the sea if you feel safe to do so, at your own risk. After our cold hit we dive into Ty Sawna for our 55 minute slot, where we alternate between the heat of the sauna and the cold of the air outside, or brave the sea again! Our time ends together with a hot drink and cake, closing at 11.15am. Please inform Rose of any dietary requirements, everything will be vegan. All abilities welcome for the yoga practice, please inform Rose of any health conditions or injuries. Spaces are very limited, so book on soon to avoid disappointment! Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
