Join us for a delicious sound bath led by Ruth, to soothe our minds and bodies this new moon.
Service Description
In the beautiful space of Down to Earth Project, we will be treated to a beautiful symphony of sound with Ruth's gong bath - which promises to nourish every cell in your body. You'll be welcomed into he space at 7.15pm, where we will take a moment to arrive and settle, with a few journal prompts and small meditation, before getting super comfy to relax as the sounds wash over us for a whole hour. There will be tea & cake to close. Bring a pen and journal, blanket and cushions, or whatever you like to be comfy. It's a good idea to have a yoga mat or blanket to sit/lay on also. We start at 7.15pm (please don't arrive before this, as there is a yoga class prior to our session, until 7pm - head to www.breathoflifeyoga.co.uk/book-online if you'd like to attend the yoga class also), and close our time together at 8.45pm. Directions to the location will be sent to those booked on the day before the event - it is in Down to Earth's "Little Bryn Gwyn" site, postcode SA3 1BG. Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
