Service Description
On September 11th the Harvest New Moon brings us together to dip in the sea, breathe, meditate and BE. We will connect - to one anther, to the beautiful land around us, and to ourselves - through breath work & guided meditation, a dip in the sea, and space to share. There will be a hot drink and vegan snack to enjoy before we head home! We meet at Rhossili National Trust Car Park, then walk down to the beach for our time together. Please wear suitable footwear and clothing for weather conditions (bring layers, raincoat etc.), something to sit on like a light camping chair or blanket, and a pen and journal, as well as your swimwear and towel if you are choosing to dip. Our time together begins at 6.30pm and ends at about 8pm. There will be an indoor option to retreat to if conditions are not in our favour for the event.
Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
