A walk to my favourite spot in Gower
Service Description
Meeting at 9am in Cwm Ivy Car Park, we'll head down to Whiteford Sands and across the beach towards Broughton Bay, looping back up to the car park to close. Meeting Point: SA3 1DE (what 3 words: ///thunder.bland.bookings) Bring a flask with a hot drink, snack and swimwear if you might like to dip! The loop should take around 2 hours, allowing for time to sit down/dip along the way. We'll go ahead in good or moderate weather, and only cancel if it's looking very bad - those booked on will be informed of any changes, so please do book if you'd like to come. If you don't have access to your own transport please get in touch as we may be able to arrange a lift share. This is a completely FREE event made possible by those who attend events and use our services.
Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
