Awaken the Inner Hunter/ress 16/10

Service Description

On Wednesday 16th October at 7.15pm, we come together in the gorgeous space of Down to Earth Project to appreciate the power of nature surrounding us, and that within us, with the peak of the the Hunter Moon cycle. We'll move through dynamic breathing practices, guided meditation, medicine songs, partner work (involving yoga postures and authentic relating exercises), and journaling. There will be a vegan snack and hot drink to enjoy too! Throughout this session we will reconnect to the wild being within; our inner knowing who can guide us through these dark days of winter ahead, lean heavily into our tribe, and remember the support the nature provides. Please bring something to sit on (like a cushion, yoga mat or blanket), comfy layers and a pen and notebook. You do not need to bring a partner for the session. The partner work is a great way to connect with others in the community, though we understand it can sounds a little unnerving for some. Please be assured that there is always the option to skip any parts of the session that you do not feel comfortable with...and...even those who don't like partner work end up loving it by the end of our sessions :) As always, there are two gifted spaces available for anyone who would otherwise struggle to be there, please email info@saltandlightretreat.co.uk if this speaks to you

Cancellation Policy

Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
