Service Description
Join Rose for a day of renewal; a spring cleanse for your body & spirit! We'll start the day with an energetic yoga practice (suitable for all abilities, with plenty of options offered throughout), followed by tea & cake. We'll pop to the beach for some fresh air, and those who'd like to can enjoy a quick dip in the sea. After lunch we'll dive into some wellbeing practices dedicated to uplifting your energy and reigniting your inner fire. Before closing our time together, there will be a glorious guided meditation to help you consolidate the day's learning and experience. Timings: The day begins at 10am prompt (please do not enter the building before 9.50am), and closes at 4pm. Location: Oxwich & Penrice Village Hall (directions will be provided via email) SA3 1LS What to Bring: Yoga Mat & props if you have them, journal & pen, a blanket, swimwear if you might dip. Any questions please email info@saltandlightretreat.co.uk One gifted space is available to anyone who would love to come but wouldn't be able to due to financial hardship. Cancellation Policy
Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
