About the Event
We've all been locked up for far too long...it's time to release your WILD SIDE!
Join us for a day of practices and activities to help you reconnect to nature, one another and yourself. The day starts with a welcome circle, to say hello to our fellow humans, we'll enjoy a physical yoga practice followed by some delicious food. After filling our bellies, we'll take a short walk, before heading out for our adventurous, but relaxing paddle down the river.
We begin the event at 4pm in Parkmill, right in the heart of Gower, with a nurturing yet playful yoga practice. We'll enjoy eating together, a gentle walk, and finally SUP down the river - floating out to Three Cliffs Bay. After paddling back upstream to our base, the day ends about 9pm. This is a guided SUP, and is suitable for beginners.
With her inclusive, yet challenging approach - Rose's yoga practice is accessible to all bodies and abilities. However, if you have any concerns, queries, or injuries/ailments you'd like to discuss - get in touch.
Please come prepared for various weather conditions - with layers, a waterproof, and a change of clothes/wetsuit for the SUP. If you have your own yoga mat, please bring it along - however, Rose will have a limited number of mats available for those who don't own one. This booking inclues a £15 charge for board hire - please use the code NOSUPBOARD at checkout if you are bringing your own board, to remove this charge from your booking.
As with all Salt & Light Retreat events, there are two gifted spaces available for individuals who would otherwise struggle to be there. Please get in touch if you would love to come to this day, but finances are getting in your way; making fun, wellbeing events accessible to all is a huge part of our ethos - so please don't hesitate to take one of those spots!
