Join Rose for a 2.5 hour mini-retreat; giving you the space to nourish yourself physically, mentally and emotionally, through movement, breath work and journalling.
Everybody is welcome to take part in this special morning retreat. Give yourself the time to reconnect to yourself, and to others in this nurturing session. A gently energising practice will settle our bodies, and focus our minds. The breath work will include guided visualisation, helping you to find a deeper sense of peace, and journalling prompts offer the space to look within with self-love. This mini-retreat will leave you feeling lighter, brighter and having filled up your self-care cup.
Our session will end with a delicious vegan snack and tea.
