March Full Moon Sleep Session (1)

A deliciously relaxing hour long practice, to help you prepare for a restoring night's sleep. Make the most of the evening, by joining our Full Moon Circle before the class only £3 (usual non-member price £7) where there's a chance to enjoy breath work, a guided visualisation and journaling prompts!

About the Event

Join me for an hour of relaxing breath work and postures, to help you settle into your rest and digest mode, and prepare for a good night's sleep. Make an evening of it, by joining in the Full Moon Circle beforehand (7-8pm). If you book onto the class, you can join in the sharing circle for free - just let me know if you'd like to join in, and I'll send you the link.

This yoga practice is very suitable for all abilities as it is primarily floor-based, very gentle and restorative - however, please do get in touch if you have any ailments or injuries that you would like to discuss beforehand.
