About the Event
Join me for an hour of relaxing breath work and postures, to help you settle into your rest and digest mode, and prepare for a good night's sleep. Make an evening of it, by joining in the Full Moon Circle beforehand (7-8pm). If you book onto the class, you can join in the sharing circle for free - just let me know if you'd like to join in, and I'll send you the link.
This yoga practice is very suitable for all abilities as it is primarily floor-based, very gentle and restorative - however, please do get in touch if you have any ailments or injuries that you would like to discuss beforehand.
