Whether you believe in the moon's power over our physiology and psychology, or not - we use nature's reminders each month to pause, reflect, and prepare for growth.
Every New Moon and Full Moon you can join me for a virtual sharing circle. We take the first few moments to arrive into the space, with a guided relaxation or breathing practice, following this will be journalling prompts, and the space to connect to others.
You are welcome to join, just as you are. You don't need anything fancy to be there - just a smartphone or device with a camera, and a solid internet connection. Bring a journal and pen, and a cup of tea or your favourite drink. You might like to prepare your space before the session begins, by lighting a candle or burning incense, and making your area comfortable.
