Summer Solstice Sunrise

Service Description

Every year we had an incredible turnout for this special event, and it is one of the highlights of the year for me. Make the most of the longest day of the year, and join us for another unforgettable morning in Oxwich this summer... We will be setting off at 4am sharp, meeting at the crossroads in Oxwich, between the beach car park and hotel. We walk through the woods - please bear in mind that this isn't an easy walk as there are steps to walk up and down; be sure to wear suitable shoes (trainers or walking boots). Once we've gotten to the perfect viewing spot we'll wait for the sun to come up, whilst drinking tea and enjoying a snack. After basking in the sunrise, some people may enjoy a quick dip in the sea, and we'll head to the beach to flow through a thoughtfully curated yoga practice that combines movement, mantra and mudra with breath work. The practice is suitable for all abilities (please do get in touch if you have any injuries or ailments). We should be finished by 8am - enough time for anyone who needs to get to work by 9, and those who don't have to rush off can take their time. There will be more snacks and tea available for those who have time to stay and relax on the beach, and those who fancy can enjoy a sea dip. The plan will depend on weather conditions, so if it is impractical to walk on the day, we will just enjoy meditation, movement and breakfast in a sheltered space. Any changes will be shared as soon as they are determined. Please let me know if you have any dietary requirements; the food and drinks will be vegan. Cancellation Policy

Please read prior to booking; refund policy varies depending on the service booked. Refund available for up to 14 days prior to public events that are up to one day long (e.g. day retreat, yoga & brunch, morning/afternoon workshops, mini-retreats etc.). For events longer than one day: the deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides to cancel a booking, they must email as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 6 weeks of the event are non-refundable. Cancellations made prior to 12 weeks before the event will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount due, those made 8 weeks in advance of the event will be eligible for 25% refund of the total amount due. Please note that as deposits are not refundable, any bookings where the deposit amounts to more than 50% will not receive the deposit and the amount refunded may result to less than 50% if cancelled at least 12 weeks in advance. If an event is cancelled on Salt & Light Retreat's behalf, a full refund will be provided.
